1. Can I receive a new homeowner's list?
Yes, for an additional .03 per name we can send you the names of homeowners listings only on your mover list.
2. Can I target a specific residential area with my prospects list?
Yes, you can. We process our names by zip code, you can receive as many zip codes as you like for your prospects list. These names are for residents, NOT businesses.
3. Do I receive the names of the movers or just the addresses?
On our address list you will receive the names and addresses.
4. How do I receive the new resident names? Can I receive the names on peel and stick labels and/or as an email file?
Yes, you can receive the movers names either in the mail on labels, or as an email file.
For an email file you must specify an email address on your enrollment form.
5. How often will I receive my new resident address lists?
We send out the names during the first week of every month.
We only send this mover mailing list one time a month.
6. Can I do multiple mailings with the names I receive?
In order to use the names multiple times, you can purchase the names for unlimited use for an additional fee.
7. How do I go about receiving a targeted residents list?
Give us a call for zip code estimates and/or fill out the online enrollment form.
8. How recent is this movers list, are the names current?
When you receive the residents lists the names will be approximately 30 - 45 days current.
9. Do these prospect lists include the names of mover prospects?
Yes, the names on the lists that you receive are residents who have already moved into their new home or residence.
10. Do you do any resident direct mail?
No we do not send out the new resident mailings for you. We send you the names on peel and stick labels so you can do your new mover direct marketing via the mail or as personal visits.
11. Can I receive new homeowner lists only?
Yes, you can receive just a new homeowner list. There is an additional .03 per name for this service.
12. Can I receive new resident address listings that do NOT include apartments?
Yes, if you specify that you do NOT want apartment listings we can do this targeted mailing list for an additional .03 per name.
13. How do direct mail marketers compile a target marketing list?
We can send you a residential list for specific zip code areas.
14. How do I make sure that I get the right list for my business?
We send names according to zip code. Your lists can be specific to your business marketing area.
15. What do I need to do to place my list order?
Lists are sent during the first week of each month. Orders must be placed by the 15th of the prior month. Just fill out the online order/enrollment form and send or fax it to us.
16. How will I receive the list names?
You will receive your mailing list for new homeowners on peel and stick labels or as an excel file which is emailed to you.
17. Do you have any guarantees on the lists you provide?
Yes, if you receive any returns, send them to us. We refund any names returned from your residential mailing list over 5%.
18. Do you have any discount programs or special offers available?
Yes, if the monthly average of names on your new homeowner list is over 250 names we offer a volume discount.

The New Resident Service sells residential mailing lists by zip code.  You do not have to pay for a minimum amount, only pay for what you receive.  These names are sent one time a month, during the first week of the month, an email address list will arrive a few days earlier than the actual labels.
