New Neighbor List

The New Resident Service charges a one-time enrollment fee of $30.00, we then charge per name that you receive.

Monthly:
If you sign up for the monthly service the names are .33 each, and you will receive monthly mailings unless we receive a phone call, letter, or email asking that we discontinue service, this must be done by the 15th of the month prior to which you wish to discontinue.

Yearly:
If you sign up for the yearly service we give you a discount for letting us know we have your business for a year. The price per name .30 each, and you will continue to receive names for a full year, plus we will continue sending after the year unless we hear from you.

Shipping and Handling:
For the peel and stick labels we charge $2.50 for shipping and handling, if you receive an email file there is no charge beside the cost of each name that you receive.

The New Resident Service does NOT require that you purchase any minimum set number of names, if your chosen zip code(s) receives only1 name each month, that is fine, likewise, if your zip code(s) receives 100+ per month, that is fine as well!

We do offer a discount if your order averages over 250 names per month.

The New Resident Service offers these names to you so you can reach out to the families that have newly moved into your zip code area. Many businesses will send a letter with coupons offering a deal that cannot be refused. The better the deal, the better chance you have of getting the new neighbor in your door. Once the customer visits you, you have a great chance that this person will be a repeat customer.

Many new residents form their shopping habits within several weeks of moving into their new home. They establish shopping routes quickly, so why not give them a great offer so you become a part of their route!

At the New Resident Service, we offer the names and addresses of people who have moved in approx. the past 45 days. These addresses come on either a peel and stick label or as an excel file that we email to you.

These names are sent ONLY 1 time per month, and are generally sent during the first FULL week of the month.

The New Resident Service only charges per name that you receive, we do not have any minimum order size.
